IMPORTANT: Informare privind fuziunea VERALTIS ASSET MANAGEMENT (VAM) - B2 IMPACT (fosta B2KAPITAL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT)

Începând cu data 27.02.2026 Veraltis Asset Management S.R.L. a fost preluată prin fuziune (fuziune prin absorbție) de către B2 Impact S.R.L., încetând să mai existe ca entitate juridică distinctă.
Ca efect legal al fuziunii, toate activitățile, operațiunile, drepturile și obligațiile VAM au fost preluate și sunt continuate integral de către B2 Impact, inclusiv cele aferente relațiilor cu persoanele vizate în contextul activităților de administrare și colectare a creanțelor, precum și cu partenerii contractuali.
Fuziunea nu afectează în niciun fel drepturile dumneavoastră în raport cu VAM, acestea putând fi exercitate față de B2 Impact începând cu data efectivă a fuziunii 27.02.2026.

IMPORTANT: Notice regarding the Merger between VERALTIS ASSET MANAGEMENT (VAM) and B2 IMPACT (former B2KAPITAL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT)

As of 27.02.2026, Veraltis Asset Management S.R.L. has merged by absorption into B2 Impact S.R.L., and has ceased to exist as a separate legal entity.
As a legal effect of the merger, all activities, operations, rights and obligations of VAM have been transferred to and are fully continued by B2 Impact, including those related to interactions with data subjects, in the context of debt collection and management, as well as to contractual partners.
The merger does not affect in any way your existing rights in relation to VAM, which may be exercised towards B2 Impact starting from the effective merger date 27.02.2026.
